Job Summary

Marubeni America Corporation, a large Japanese trading company is looking for an administrative assistant at the Sunnyvale office. This person would be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, guests, and other various visitors and deliveries. Would answer and properly direct incoming calls, make travel arrangements, arrange files, take orders, and perform customer service occasionally.Would also make shipping arrangements of containers with suppliers and shipping companies and assist with special projects as required.

The candidate must meet the following requirements :

• Have strong communication/telephone skills
• Interpersonal skills, customer service background, and administrative experience
• Must be positive, reliable, organized, detail oriented, professional, and team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
